Terms & Conditions - Football Fever Challenge Grand Finale Prize 2026

The Football Fever Challenge Grand Finale Prize 2026 is an award category within the Football Fever Challenge campaign organised by Al Raha Mall (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser") and applies exclusively to the grand finale tournament held at Al Raha Mall.

The Grand Prize:

One (1) iPhone 17 Pro Max 512 GB will be awarded to the tournament winner who scores the most goals during the Grand Finale

Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable:

Prizes are as stated and are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other product alternatives under any circumstances.

Eligibility and Qualification:

To compete for the Grand Prize, participants must successfully qualify through the weekly Shoot-Out Challenge leaderboards during the designated campaign period.

Mandatory Attendance:

Qualified finalists must be physically present at Al Raha Mall on 19th July 2026 at the designated tournament time to compete, failing which they will face automatic disqualification.

Winner Selection & Tie-Breaker:

The Grand Prize will be awarded strictly to the single finalist who wins the tournament and records the highest number of goals. If scores are tied, a sudden-death penalty shoot-out will be conducted on-site to determine the winner.

Prize Claim and Verification:

The winner must produce valid ID proofs (a valid Passport copy and/or Emirates ID) matching their registration details within thirty (30) days of notification to claim the device.

Promotional Media Release:

By accepting the prize, the winner gives consent to the Organiser to use their name, photos, videos, or other likenesses for promotional purposes related to the Campaign across official advertising and marketing channels without any payment or further consent.

Staff Ineligibility:

Al Raha Mall management staff, retail shop tenants, store staff operating within the mall, event organisers, and their immediate families are strictly ineligible to participate or win the Grand Prize.

Disqualification and Management Rights:

The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the prize if a participant has behaved fraudulently, dishonestly, engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct, or otherwise acted in variance with these terms and conditions.

General Terms:

The Organiser's decision on all matters relating to this prize shall be final, binding, and conclusive. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

الشروط والأحكام - الجائزة الكبرى للبطولة الختامية لتحدي "حمى كرة القدم" 2026

تُعد الجائزة الكبرى للبطولة الختامية لتحدي "حمى كرة القدم" 2026 فئة من فئات الجوائز المتاحة ضمن حملة تحدي "حمى كرة القدم" التي ينظمها "الراحة مول" (المشار إليه فيما بعد بـ "المنظم")، وتقتصر حصرياً على البطولة الختامية المقامة في الراحة مول.

    الجائزة الكبرى

سيحصل فائز واحد (1) فقط بالبطولة على هاتف آيفون 17 برو ماكس بسعة 512 جيجابايت، وهو المشارك الذي يسجل أكبر عدد من الأهداف خلال البطولة الختامية.

   عدم القابلية للتحويل أو الاستبدال

تُمنح الجوائز كما هي محددة، وهي غير قابلة للتحويل أو الاستبدال نقداً أو بأي بدائل تجارية أخرى تحت أي ظرف من الظروف.

    الأهلية والتأهل

للتنافس على الجائزة الكبرى، يجب على المشاركين التأهل بنجاح من خلال لوائح صدارة "تحدي ركلات الترجيح" الأسبوعية خلال فترة الحملة المحددة.

  إلزامية الحضور

يجب على المتأهلين للتصفيات النهائية التواجد شخصياً في الراحة مول بتاريخ 19 يوليو 2026 في وقت البطولة المحدد للمشاركة، وفي حال التخلف عن الحضور، سيتم استبعاد المشارك تلقائياً.

  اختيار الفائز وفض الاشتباك (التعادل)

تُمنح الجائزة الكبرى حصرياً للمتأهل الفردي الذي يفوز بالبطولة ويسجل أعلى عدد من الأهداف. وفي حال تعادل النقاط أو الأهداف، سيتم إجراء ركلات ترجيح حاسمة في الموقع لتحديد الفائز.

  استلام الجائزة والتحقق من الهوية

يجب على الفائز تقديم إثباتات هوية سارية المفعول (نسخة من جواز سفر ساري المفعول و/أو الهوية الإماراتية) تطابق بيانات التسجيل الخاصة به، وذلك خلال ثلاثين (30) يوماً من تاريخ الإخطار لاستلام الجهاز.

النشر الإعلامي والترويجي

بموجب قبول الجائزة، يمنح الفائز موافقته للمنظم على استخدام اسمه، أو صوره، أو مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة به، أو أي مواد تشبهه لأغراض ترويجية متعلقة بالحملة عبر قنوات الإعلان والتسويق الرسمية دون أي مقابل مادي أو موافقة إضافية.

  عدم أهلية الموظفين

يُحظر تماماً على موظفي إدارة الراحة مول، ومستأجري المحلات التجارية، وموظفي المتاجر العاملة داخل المول، ومنظمي الفعاليات، وأفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين، المشاركة في التحدي أو الفوز بالجائزة الكبرى.

  الاستبعاد وحقوق الإدارة

يحتفظ المنظم بالحق في استبعاد أي مشاركة أو الرفض التام لمنح الجائزة إذا تبين أن المشارك قد تصرف بطريقة تنطوي على احتيال، أو عدم أمانة، أو سلوك غير رياضي، أو أي تصرف يخالف هذه الشروط والأحكام.

 أحكام عام

يُعد قرار المنظم بشأن جميع المسائل المتعلقة بهذه الجائزة نهائياً، وملزماً، وقاطعاً. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لـ محاكم أبوظبي.
